Do you want to step confidently into a leadership position?
Are you looking to make a bold career or life change?
Do you feel stuck, or like you’re looking for something different?
Do you have a desire to connect more deeply with your life’s purpose?
Are you looking for support to deepen your commitment to social and racial justice?
Coaching is a powerful relationship that helps you clarify your values, gain a better understanding of self and relationships, and realize your visions and goals. As a Certified Professional Coach, I can offer you tools and support to remove obstacles and facilitate change.
In contrast with therapy, coaching focuses on the future and your personal growth, but does not attempt to heal past emotional trauma. Coaches regularly refer clients to other professionals for issues that are better suited to a therapeutic relationship.
I listen for the change and possibilities you are seeking, and then I champion you to create it in your life.
I have always been fascinated by the inner experience. When we are in alignment with our strengths and passions, so much is possible!
By creating space for you to show up as your authentic self, we can work in partnership to tap into your values, remove obstacles, and create transformation. This is also an opportunity to develop your capacity to sit with discomfort and stay present in conversations about race and identity.
As the client, you set the agenda for our coaching sessions. As your coach, I bring compassion, insight, humor, and understanding, while serving as your accountability buddy. I also love using metaphors to make connections to things that are sometimes hard to articulate in words.
Let’s work together to create the change you are seeking in your life!
What People Say
"My experience with Ally was everything coaching should be. She didn't tell me what to do or how to do it. She provided me with keen observations and enough structure to support me in thinking through my goals and challenges in new and meaningful ways. I highly recommend her!"
- Dereca Blackmon, CEO, Inclusion Design Group
"Radical self-love is not a destination you are trying to get to;
it is who you already are, and it is already working tirelessly to guide your life.”
